The 106 Linda property is one of the model homes, I believe. Still, the prices on these Barcelona homes doesn't seem to make any sense... Is there a good chance that when the final sales price on these homes is revealed, that they are well under asking?

Are you all talking about the area where Dreamcatcher street terminates into a bunch of culdesac streets, south of Highland Park? I thought that I had read somewhere that this area was allocated to SFH much larger than the Highland houses... Is this area elevated enough to have any views?

How much house SQ footage are you gaining to be willing to "downgrade" from Orchard Hills to The Meadows like this? It sounds like your Orchard Hills house is pretty great.
