@zippohunter, is the Monticello litigation done and repairs completed? Stuff like these takes years to get done.

Yeah hopefully the lombard court litigation will be dismissed soon and repairs completed by end of year. HOA said it should not affect the monthly dues. How's the community though? Is it a good area? @woodburyowner, do you lI've in lombard court ?

Thanks for the response woodburyowner. But there are still only a handful of lenders willing to finance the homes in lombard court. HOA mention that tentative  agreement has been reached but lawsuit is still not dismissed.

Does anyone have opinion on buying a condo in woodbury - Lombard court? I hear there is pending Hoa litigation against Lyons home  builder. Any Lombard court residents negative experience? Thank you for any comments.
