Why cant one of you guys find the floor plans?  I remember there was a guy that dug up all the info and pictures of a builder before they released them. Dont they have this info on the Irvine Planner's website or something?  Dont they have to submit plans to get permits? I just want to see lol

They broke ground in woodbury on 3 new models.  From what I know it has to be brookfield homes.  Anyone know where I can find floor plan drawings?

I am considering these two houses as possibilities when looking for a house.  I would like some input what people think.  Help steer me in the right direction.  Can people give me their thoughts.  Thanks!  Maybe someone else has some other pro's and con's. San Marino has... Pro - Woodbury...

Anyone recommend or think Irvine Pacific - San Marino is a good buy?

I am in the market for San Marino, but the prices seem to high. and I am curious what other housing developments have to offer...  Especially when those houses are on TINY lots.

This will be quite interesting.. I didn't see a lot of Asians at the preview.  Thats not normal, I would expect them to suck all these houses up with all cash!  Don't they want turn-key houses for all their mistresses? and a place for grandma to live with them?
