I have been renting in Irvine for the last couple of years and am looking to buy for the long-term, I have no intentions of flipping or making a fast buck, I just want somewhere I can call my own. Do you still suggest I wait all? TIA.

I have been visiting this excellent site recently and have finaly signed up to ask a question. I work close the the Spectrum and am currently renting, I would realy like to buy a Condo and am ready to do so, after reading the blogs etc here it seems like a horrible decision. I guess I'm asking...
