Anybody get a chance to check this out today.  It was nice for elders but price was way more than I anticipated.  Goes from 500 up to over 600 per sq ft.  Guess that is the new price for living in Irvine.  Over 500 per sq ft.  Still can?t believe it. 

I?m just wondering what the price points are for those view lots.  My guess around 2 mill???

I would think that is a win for stonegate.  I would rather my kids go to proven Northwood over the new portola high.  Is there something special about portola high  we don?t know about?

I still think way overpriced for that area.  Curious to see what those view lots will fetch for.  We will see

You should definitely stop by Altair.  The models are beautiful as expected.  The community as a whole will look exceptional when completed.  It has a modern feel unlike any other communty in Irvine.  It is a little out there and that is one of the main reasons why it is slightly discounted. But...

I?m sure it will be beautiful.  But boring design and high price will have me looking elsewhere.  I can?t see any future appreciation with the price you will be paying.

I was there at Altair last weekend.  I have to say I was pretty impressed with the area.  It had a great feel that was different from the other communities.  Price was very fair as well.  Especially interested in Lennar?s Eclipse but they were all sold out.  Does anyone know when they will be...

FYI.  Altair will be guard gated as well
