We saw this one. The outside and the views were nice. The house didn’t feel big. They did ah they had “multiple offers”.
You definitely heard the pickleball bouncing off the rackets. They said the owner spent $200k on the backyard.
End of the cul de sac, great views, no one behind you, only one house next to you, plenty of street parking, no direct sunlight but enough natural light, and under the $2m please hahaha. This used to be true back in 2020.
It is insane on the pricing. You are right @CalBears96 about the setback- it is not very far. Most of the yard comes from the side. You do get good views, but you are still staring at the rooftops of Arbor ,which is right in your face.
These are crazy! I saw the homes on Sunnybank, and you look right at the roof tops of the homes below you, but in the horizon, you do see the orange balloon and fashion island.
In your opinion, is Azul Plan 2 better than Olivewood Plan 3? We are torn between Azul 2 or 3 and Olivewood plan 3. The price difference is pretty substantial.
