    Summit is in a weird location, directly off of Portola Parkway, then goes straight up. The whole thing doesn't seem to fit in. Groves takes it too far. Reserve is the sweet spot.

    I don't remember saying that, I only reported on what the builders own website said about quick move in lots availability. Also, not a single home has finished construction or closed so sold does not really mean sold. Just look at all the people backing out of "sold" new construction homes in...
