No.  It was just a political threat to get the builder to give IUSD the land they needed at the time they needed for the new high school.  They threatened to "cede" undeveloped land at one point.  But that is over now.

Has anyone had this tile installed in their new homes?  Or at all?  It's a carerra looking marble, tiles of varying sizes staggered throughout.  Am curious about the quality of your installation.

We used Hardwood Flooring Depot.  Worked with Arman, they really help you pick the best color/style and show you a bunch of options and they are never trying to convince you to buy the most expensive thing.  SUPER honest.  Great customer service.
