Toll wants to buy the nursery on Bake and Dimension.  In their proposal, they want to include building an elementary school as well.  They need people to show up at the city council meetings to show that a new school is both needed and wanted.

Stopped by the models.  Oceano model was truly breathtaking!  This may be random but does anyone know what brand/model table this is?  I saw it in one of the models.

location is indeed awful.  prices cannot compete with other new developments.  also, there is no community yet, only the homes from Baldwin and Sons.  That little park they have is not appealing at all.  The clubhouse is not even done.

You have to remember, Irvine homes have higher property tax rates and Mello-roos for the newer homes.

how come you didn't mention Viewpoint?
