Funny GP, is really great park, no swimming pool because it is big expense but when charging 1K month why not.

Is EW prices going above the market and surrounding new or recent builds? Could it be NW high but that is several other communities including newly built SG. I don?t see any special pitch like it was for Laguna Altura close drive to beach or OH with natural topography.

To save cost, did not opt for builder's cabinets. Just wondering, how much it costs to upgrade later?

We took insulation and it was worth it!! We chose counter and island upgrade, speakers and recess light,  fans prewired in all bedrooms and great room. Not sure what they call, all gadgets go in the court pantry and you can operate from living room so fireplace area all clean, bathroom upgrades...

I doubt Golf Course any add on to appreciation, a good example,  Oakcreek golf course added any value to the community, I wonder!!

What are approx lots on these homes?

Are there any properties with the city, mountain or green view lots, new or old? Does not matter SFR or not.

Any idea on what is the average monthly cost for heating the basic 10x20 pool and jacuzzi? Also, what should be the monthly maintenance cost for the upkeep of the pool?
