Thanks bones. I also checked Salvation Army but they take only Rugs and not carpets. Also, Habitat for humanity take only larger piece carpets

Has anyone here donated carpets to charity. Could you provide some pointers? I just bought a new home recently and changing all the carpeted area to Engineered Hardwood flooring. Now, i am left with brand new carpet that can be used by some charity. Thanks for any help.

Laurel is at Phase 7 and as per the sales people, they seem to be selling fast. Not sure if this is true or not. (Each phase seems to have had 6-7 homes). do you think the prices will go down for the homes offered in Laurel? It does not appear so. The plan looks better in comparison to magnolia.

What do you guys think of Laurel with the current pricing for Plan3 @ 1.02K for California design/1.04 for french model? Are they overpriced compared to rest of irvine for a similar situation?
