Thats the Bee Canyon land fill and it been there since the 1970 or before. There are alot of land fills in South Orange County that have houses <strong>built on them</strong> that people don't even know about. I would not be to concerned about this situation.

I happen to have a Town House across from UCI (which is not currently for rent.) I would rec. that you look at the OC Register and the MLS. I typically do not use Craiglist or post on the BB and UCI(waste of time). If your talking UTC there are only a few agents that cover that area well...
