oh darn, irvine isn't numero uno.

place was packed today and scorching hot. i suspect people just wanted to check it out for some free food and stuff. not sure how anyone could live in homes built out there.

I've seen all the For Sale signs on Alevera St, and it just looks ugly. There must be around 6-7 signs... if you are a potential buyer, you gotta be wondering why everyone wants to sell, while you would be moving into the neighborhood.

<p>Belle Cliff are $1mil + homes. What they're doing isn't uncommon for new high end homes. If you ask me, it's smart on their end to require these deposits. </p>

yeah you have to be careful of the "manager special" items. you have to inspect them carefully because they are usually expired or about to expire. i happen to like that empty ralphs... no crowds, no lines... also love those 10% off and $5 off coupons in the mail!

uh so on brighter note, what did everyone think of the free samples? it really seemed like many employees were still learning everything on the fly... took a while to get my drink from coffee bean... when i asked a server what the recipe, he was clueless... prices were actually not too bad, not...

<p>i live in a 2/2.5 detached condo approx 1200 sq ft with 2 floors... the washer and dryer are located in a small corner of the garage. i have to squeeze through between shelves of storage and our car to get to it. it's a bit inconvenient but gotten used to it now. sure it would be nice...
