I'll pass. This is going to be a fiasco and I don't want any part of it. If I'm unable to be in Woodbury (for the GTG or if I'm working) this weekend, I'll be thrilled. This just seems a little too ridiculous for me.

Oh, it wasn't in the OC. We were going for a drive along the toll road and saw a lot of signs for homes in Corona Hills, so we thought we'd check it out. It was totally bizarre to see how the whole thing went down, and in multi-homes that we checked out!

We'll be up for our lease renewal towards the end of May. We're not sure what we'll do at that point with the prices being extremely high, but that's kinda what you get for renting a townhome with IAC. I wish I could work a great deal like you did, socal! What's your secret? Hehe.

Sheesh. That's the day of our get together and we'll be in the neighborhood! LOL! I could easily walk there from my place and avoid the car/parking frenzy. But then again, do I want to? If I had a really snazzy camera, I'd do it for the pictures. Anyone else thinking of going before the GTG?

RC - I know they changed the rules regarding the clubhouse usage due to break-ins and residents breaking in after hours. I think the rules now are that you can use the clubhouse w/o reservation during leasing office hours by giving them your D/L and they'll give you a fob. You do need a fob...

We are really looking to buy a house. I don't know if it could come at a better time or not, but the prices seem to get lower and lower. Not so much in Irvine, but maybe in and around the area. I think if we wait longer, our money will go all into our rent and it should go into a home.
