Does any know the proposed fees for this development? Obviously no mello Roos. Is it a standard 143 hoa for all single family and town homes? Also does lake forest have a low tax rate close to 1%? Just worried about added taxes like in RSM and fees like ladera etc. I'm seeing if moving here...
