from what I've heard from others, finding a home you like and then finding out some of the space is un-permitted is a deal breaker... they tell me stories of nightmares with the city inspector, having to demolish parts, and say it's just a huge hassle... is that really the case? does...

seems to be some distaste for orangetree homes just based on a quick search for the term? what don't people like about the neighborhoods?
