flmgrip, i completely agree with your stated reasons. It was exciting to live here at first, but now, the appeal has died quickly. Time to find a tenant.
This is a great experience that requires some physical demand (especially if you are loading the boxes at the end) My shirt was soaked in sweat by the time I was done.
I'd recommend bringing gloves, either gardening gloves or batting gloves. If anyone is available I'd highly recommend...
Yeah, my tenants are moving out. Property taxes are coming up. Times are tough, gotta be economical. Otherwise I'd blow $75-$100 on an 18 hole no problem.
i'm looking for some good 9 and 18 hole courses in the OC area. (Affordable, not fancy)

E-mail I received today. Power to the people.

Shall we get petitions and the picket signs??? I'm down to help organize community action against these Nazi parking regulations.
Annual fees to renew the parking decals?? WTF?
I just wrote an e-mail saying this parking system is unacceptable. Anyone planning on going to the meeting 10/28? This system cannot be allowed to put in place. They had a similar system at Westpark and I ended up moving out.
