NYT is a New Home Co employee which explains all his negativity on this thread. He's a sales manager there, you can see his face in one of the Fiano pics he posted.  I'm sure lots of builders use this site to promote their projects but you would think they could do so with a bit more class than...

Fiano will be amazing but a million dollars more than either of these neighborhoods. My guess is there will be a 200/SF premium versus the irvine communities  They will still sell like hot cakes but buyers will be comparing them to Resales in crystal cove not irvine.

There is no for sale housing planned there. Rentals only.

Anyone know how these compare to current Trevi and Amelia prices?  Or is Trevi sold out already?

You need to prequalify to make an appointment and get passed the guard. If you can't qualify you will have to wait till the models open like the rest of the 99%ers.  :o 8) ;D

Phase one sold out. Made my appointment to see phase 2 lots this Saturday.  8)

@irvineboy. Or move out of OC to live with the common folk.

Cassis model. I prefer the curved stairs in the other models but the great room in this one was huge. Not sure why you need two islands either.

Avalon backyard. Looks like they are putting pools in every model. Views were only ok.

Santa Monica model. Dual staircase seems like a waste to me but it's a very grand entry. Best exterior style and finishes of the 3!
