We had a hard time in deciding between jade court and jasmine but finally we did go with jasmine. Jade court is too close to freeway when compared to jasmine extension. Jasmine has less hoa. And we like the jasmine plan. Sage is location wise is not good compared to jasmine and it's not selling...

Looks like jasmine is selling fine, we bought in jasmine extension last month, and I visited the sales office today, since then they sold abt 10+ homes. Any body in the form recently baught a house here? Just curious to know....
