I will be there as well.  This will be my first time attending such a meeting. Not sure what the format is, or how we can represent ourselves.

I am surprised at the lack of organization and protest around this issue. Is it just TI, that does not have a method of organizing? Is there a better place to get with people who want to oppose this? I am thinking about starting a walk in my neighborhood just to spread awareness about this proposal.

This place has been under renovation for the past 3 months. I live down the street, so I drive by it on a regular basis. The renovations are likely the cause for the price increase, and not appreciation.

*Update* I was not charged the Per Diem amount by Richmond American. I just signed closing documents yesterday. Escrow was never notified to add any amounts other than what was agreed to earlier on in the buying process. The delay was primarily due to my lender who gave a weak excuse, about an...
