yeah, I'm on the waiting list, but I don't have confidence to get one.  we waited Brisa for few month for final phase and got nothing. currently interested in Azalea & The Meadows.

Hi Kris, based on your experience, does Toll brothers always publish price&floor plan before pre-application on their website? and do you know when did the presale of 100West start?  thanks a lot.

I have heard multiple versions on Presale date & starting Price.  some agent said presale start on June and start from 900k,  105k, 120k, don't know where they get those information.

I heard that buyers will need to bid on Azalea??!!  has anyone heard that too?  that's so crazy. what price do you think it will climb to?  any thoughts?
