Was at Montecito this past weekend and they are already past Day 1 registration. They are on the 10th now. Good luck guys!

Here are the prices for Montecito phase 4. They are selling phase 5 sometime this week I believe. Residence 1C $741,000 Residence 2A $781,000 Residence 3C $809,000 Residence 3BR $814,000 Residence 1C $741,000 Residence 2B $786,000 Talked to the sales people and they said they are up...

I believe our register time was 10:10 AM and we were open to both a plan 1 or a plan 2. For phase 4, we were in the top 5 and by the time we got called, only a Plan 1 corner was sold.

Woohoo we got our dream home in Montecito. Plan B, Corner lot, Monterey style (with balcony off the master bedroom), and no one behind us. Hopefully there are some more of my future neighbors in here!

Hi guys, new to the forums. I passed on Santa Cruz because it is a detached condo and am still on the waiting list for Montecito. I am in the top 15 now and hopefully will get a call in the next phase or so. Hopefully will be your neighbor soon!

Just an FYI, I am sure most of you guys know this already, but Santa Cruz are considered DETACHED CONDOS. Just something to consider when evaluating future home value.
