No matter the ethnicity, to me it's obvious that the extended family is enjoying the highpoint view (as seen in the background) and the RF interference coming from the cell tower!  ;)

So I have been coming across a few listings in the Irvine and TR areas where the sellers are considering rent-to-own (lease option) contracts.  With where home prices are, is it wise to consider locking 'today's price' into the contract or see if the seller would consider 'market price' 18...
