Irvine homes - some are older some are newer- but they all range about $700,000. I was surprised to see a condo for over a million in a run down apartment complex- -lol -only the inside looked good- the outside was ridiculous- I would rather buy a beach front property for that. :)

:) That sounds great - lol - - yah a petition costs around a $1000- - and then if they have money -citizenship shouldn't be an issue. Irvine is pretty pricey though! and I love its Oriental community.

Irvine is filled with new developments and old developments. It would be interesting to see a new gated million dollar community  :)
