I locked today at 4.5% 30 year conforming with 1 point. Closing fees around $6500.. break even in about 10 months.. Called current lender at 3pm today and was told he can do 4.875% w/ 1 point, told him I'll think about it.. he called back 2 hours later saying rates has dropped and is now 4.5...
I like the lobster roll at Goro Sushi on Culver/Alton near albertsons. Hit or miss with their other stuff.. I think they are actually Japanese owned Japanese restaurant.. a rarity these days in Irvine..

Anyone else notice the bottleneck entrance/exit? Why would they design the entrance to the shops through the H Mart parking lot? Seems like the same people who designed the District designed this place also.. Asian drivers... narrow lanes... bottleneck entrance... I can't wait...

I insure up to the max allowed by my Ameriprise auto insurance for bodily injury liability (250K/500K). Do I really need that much coverage? I own a house with about $100K in equity. If I seriously injure somebody in a car accident can claims ever go that high? Or would it just go that high...
