Will Capistrano plan 3 with better location be sold out by that time? Don't know whether we should make a deposit on it..

I like the Capistrano floorplan 3, but the same plan is much more expensive in SG. Don't know when San Mateo model home will be available for visiting.

Capistrano in SGE or San Mateo in SG, which one is a better choice? Capistrano is attached home, San Mateo is smaller but SFH.. And is SG better community than SGE? Any comment is weclome!
