What lot and plan were you interested in? I think associates would prefer to sell to buyers without agents because William Lyons wouldn't have to pay a % to the agent.
I stand corrected; the broker co-op program at the Verandas is %2.5 which comes out to a lot more than $5,000.00. I took a look at 15204 Davenport last week and it's one home away from Edinger. You could hear the train pass by and the home is 1 of 4 homes facing each other.
I have another friend that purchased a phase 6 and he agreed to give me the full 5,000 referral. Of course he'll want me to pay for the taxes from the 5,000, which works out better than bringing an agent. In regards to changing lots, if my friend wants to change to phase 8 (not released yet)...
