Anyone have any ideas on what the pricing would be like for the SFH's? 1.2+ for the large ones and high 800's/low 900's for the smaller ones - somewhere between sonoma and carmel in pricing?
And do you think TIC will wait until the rest of the 2010 collection is completely done before...
Fun thread. I only wish I could afford to custom design my home. I think the master bedrooms these days are way too huge. Shrink the master down and use some of that space for a loft/kids play room or something.

Thanks for the pics NY. I thought they were going to leave a wall between the dining and conservatory too. It's nice, but still a weird layout, I wouldn't know what to do with the conservatory. If you put a dining table there, then what do you put in the other kitchen "nook". I can see it...
