I am new to this forum.  We have been looking in both Juniper at Beacon Park and Stafford at Greenwood.  Both Juniper and Stafford offer a guest suite option in some of their plans, but the cost for the guest suite option is very different.  Pulte would charge $14,000 for the guest suite...
