    We haven't gone outside of Irvine before because we both work Irvine and hate to spend time traffic.  So sad but we live the cultish Irvine city motto of "Live, Work, Play Irvine." How is Stonegate community?  Does anyone know anything Orchard Hills?

    Obviously lower the better but 500~600.  I didn't like Quail Hills because their detached home are 550 for 1300~1400 sq ft.  My apartment is bigger than that.
