Thanks for the reply. Doesn't sound good. Probably not worth it to buy something in Northwood Estates if Mr. HOA is still looking to be a negative influence on the community.

How are things with Nortwood Estates since Mr HOA is no longer on the board? Was wondering if it is a good community to look into buying now.
