Sorry, I signed off after I read what I wanted to know. I bought when they were first being built because hubby and I both work in Irvine and we thought this would work out best for our needs. We got a 30yr fixed. Hope that answers your questions.

I live in Savannah in Villages of Columbus and am surprisingly disappointed at how much I can hear of what my upstairs neighbors are doing. It feels like apartment living.

You can contact the Lakeview Senior Center at 949-724-6926 (their resource center) for a list of senior housing. It is true that if they need low income it will be nearly impossible. It is unfortunate, but true. Get them on the lists that are still open and they may call when you least expect it!
