Anyone buying near or in that Bee Canyon landfill (for which I did some IT work for the contractors in their trailer on site in 91 - such a disgusting building site) deserves to suffer those smells . Same with Newport Coast or Bonita Canyon. We haven’t even discussed long term cancer rates!
