I tried searching but couldn't find the peak median home price for Irvine. I then wanted to compare that to the most recent median home price that is on record for Irvine. Anybody have this info?

Does anyone know more about this property? http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/42-Gingerwood-Irvine-CA-92603/63118215_zpid/ Are those water leak marks on the ceiling? This property seems to be priced a little lower than others in Turtle Ridge with the same sq footage.
