We got an email blurb saying that Toscana is preparing for release of Phase 2.  Of course there is the usual stuff about hurry in to get your preferred lots.  Is Phase 1 already sold?  We havent been back since the opening day, but I thought only 2 units had sold. 

Another interesting observation (thanks to my hubby who had no interest in the models, went there only because I dragged him.....) We were there for ~ 30 min, from 3pm to 3:30pm.  He counted the ethnicity of the people who were looking at the models 37 families - Asian 7 families - Caucasian 2...

Agreed.  Went to check out the models around 3pm.  Not impressed with the floor plans.  Beautifully decorated, but that is not relevant to the actual house you will get when you buy (unless you are planning to buy all the upgrades).  Somehow these plans dont feel as spacious as the Carmel I...

How do I contact USC and/or IR2?  I am not very familiar with the online posting/PM stuff.  We are looking for a buyer's agent.  Any info would be most appreciated. 

Is there a trail or easy hike from Quail hill that gives us a view of the Laguan crossing/Altura area?  It looks like there should be one based on Google Earth pictures, but cannot figure out where to park and start the trail.  The hike may be a fun family activity and gives me a chance to look...

This bend L-street seems to be a new addition.  It doesn't appear in the masterplan maps from Irvinerecords.  In the masterplan there is a private park in that area.  Irvine company sqeezing as many houses as possible? ???

Any idea which schools Laguna Altura would be zoned for? 

Did anyone go to the "Private Preview"?  Just curious to see what was the pricing set for the 1st phase

First time posting here, although I read the discussions regularly.... I am not familiar with all the new homes in Woodbury, but had entered my name in the interest list for Carmel and Villa Rosa. Got the following email from Villa Rosa today. I am a bit surprised that with that 1000+ people...
