I am new to posting on this forum but as a very potential buyer in Lambert Ranch I have to weigh in on this thread. I talked to Robert (the sales guy at Lambert) several weeks before the sneak preview last weekend and he told me the prices would start in the mid to high 800s. That seems fair...
