I did not buy MRVL directly but opted to buy SOXX and SMH back in Jan. Both holds MRVL. SOXX has almost doubled vs SMH is up 70%. In retrospec I should have bought SOXQ which mirrors SOXX holdings and have lower fees. SMH has higher fees and performed worse. >_>

A lot of the lot size went to front-side yard, so actual backyard is not that big. But the location next to green belt is nice, and cost a lot less than $8 million.
