ChargePoint sent me an offer for a $400 rebate through SCE. I'm still contemplating on whether to get a L2 charger or not. So far we can get by with just an overnight L1 charge and besides I still dont have my 240V outlet (which is why I was lurking here :))

I just emailed Chase that our policy is HO-3 and therefore should be underwritten as a SFR although technically classified as a condo.

It's HO-3, which I believe is the standard minimum for SFR (please correct me if I'm wrong)
