Isn't Saddleback USD as good as IRVINEs? 

I got call from San Remo today, they are asking $890k for a larger lot 3x. and 3x base start $800k now. that is 72k increase since they put me on the list. Honestly I don't know if anyone will pull the trigger based on this price now unless FCFB.

Funkie, thanks for the links. as for the HWY air pollution, seems like the LA elevation is higher than 405 and Cypress is on the lower side. Obvisouly Sienna is the closest to the 405. you guys know think the higher elevation helps to clear out the HWY air pollution?
