Doesn't the geotracker map show that the remediation sites are all close to Irvine Blvd?  Wouldn't that mean that they're all where the apartments are, not anywhere near Cressa, which would be up near the Portola Springs street?

Probably right that those prices include options, like the conservatory option.  Doesn't seem like prices have changed then.  I'm interested in a later phase too. Still a bit stuck on the small lots though and hoping prices will come down to make it more convincing.

Does anybody know how these have been selling?  Construction seems to be going pretty slow.  Any changes to prices?

Looking for a gardener that trims shrubs by hand and won't just make all my shrubs look like square blocks or grow into a hedge.  Any recommendations?  How much do you pay?
