Hey everyone, I've recently viewed the Colibri community in PS and was surprised at how high the priced plan 1.  The downstairs living room/kitchen area is so tight and I believe the backyard (aka side yard in normal homes!!) is getter smaller and smaller.  Granted it has a small 4th bedroom...
