love everyting about this organization. Great sandwiches, tasty fries, always throwin out freebies or deals to the public. Only drawback is they're closed sundays but that's prob best for my lipid count anyways....

i've had cox for 8 or 9 years now but have moved several times. I dont think i've ever had to pay for installation. Just threaten to go to satellite TV (directv or DISH) if they dont waive it for you

the price difference between the spot clean and the full clean was minimal. From what i know it's nearly impossible to clean it up to standard by yourself so you might as well not invest any time in it and let them do the full clean.

in my opinion rent vs. buy is a bit misleading in our current times. It might have been a useful tool in the past but i think people forget that rent is not fixed. It has been super inflated these past 7-8 yrs just like home prices.

i have, but these days i think they'll be more likely to let us have it since they're hurting for renters to fill the place up. At the very least I'll just get the $100 visa giftcard from rent.com

Not sure what the rules are but I'm thinking about renting at Mirasol. Does the person who I can split the referral fee with HAVE to live there currently? Or can they live at any IAC apartment? I'd be happy to split 50/50 with anyone who can qualify for the $500 referal. Please either reply here...

i've had 85C in Taiwan where they're originally from. Very good quality pastries for not alot of $$. Hope it'll be the same quality/value here in the states
