I admit that I didn't read the book in its' entirety, but I was inspired by the title & subject to do something that I thought might work... I sketched out a couple of ideas and jumped into Photoshop...

In my experience, the seller knows offhand about half of the time, which means the listing agent knows 25% of the time... but I was mostly talking about having a field in the MLS for a dollar value as opposed to the current...
