Thank you all for the feedback.  I did call premier garage today and they are sending someone over next week to try and fix the problem.  I'm annoyed that it has to take another visit but their customer service has been great so far.  Will update after the fix.

Aries, congrats!  You mentioned before that you're doing a loft to office conversion. Does this include putting up a wall and door? I want to do this but any input would be appreciated. 

For those who mentioned getting an allowance and/or discount from the design center, could you elaborate on this?  I thought they weren't offering any discounts but I'd be a happy camper if they are!

Personally I would want baseboards removed and new ones installed on top of the flooring. I don't like the look of quarter-round/shoe-molding in front of the baseboard.

Is anyone in Strada buying the solar panels? It looks like 6 panels will cost 10,500 and go up from there.  Also wondering if anyone knows the specs of the panels they install. I don't think leasing the panels is an option until after COE.

For anyone who has bought an irvine pacific home with the extra prep sink / veggie sink option, does it come with a garbage disposal?  I saw that strada is charging 3000 for that option so I'm hoping it does. Thanks!

Yes, but La vita doesn't offer a conservatory as an option.  I assume this wouldn't be a big deal to add windows and a door after COE but hoa's can be so strict.
