Hey folks,
What do you make of this unsolicited offer to buy our house (or others like it) in our neighborhood?
Part of me wants to reply "SOLD for $1.4 Million!..I will be expecting a cashier's check shortly!"
The letter is from a realtor that lives in the community.
I wonder what...
too bad the house is a piece of crap. it needs a lot of work on the inside, and there is no hardscaping/landscaping in the backyard!
not even @ $276/sq.ft.
I've been keeping my eye on this one. My agent says that they would rather go into foreclosure than take an offer lower
than what they are currently asking (981K). Judging from recent sales of the same model/floorplan, I think they
are overpriced by $40-50K. It is a nicely upgraded...
titanium silver with 19" wheels. pretty clean, too. don't know if it was SMG or 3-pedal (didn't look too closely)
reminds me, I need to wash/wax my alpine white baby.
Same here. My wife and I offered *above* asking (don't we look stupid now?), and got the same counteroffer. What the hell is the agent/bank
trying to pull? Bunch of bullsh**. Shouldn't have listened to that car salesman of a RE agent that's listing the place. I hope the bank forecloses
on...
My wife and I got our offer approved on a short sale in Tustin Field just last week. About $40K lower than asking price. It took over two months and
dozens of phone calls from our agent, but we lost interest and have moved on to look at other properties. Frankly, we were surprised that...
I went to look at the lots they had available. Lot 141(plan 1) was $815K asking price, and lot 75 (plan 2) was asking $863K, both with upgrades. hope this helps
<p>Anybody see these signs along Laguna Canyon Rd south of the 405 for "Planning Area 18"? it's funny, as you're driving north from Laguna, one TIC sign says "future residential community" and not a few hundred feet away, another TIC sign says "preserved open space."</p>
<p>Any thoughts from...
