Plan 2 is very well designed in terms of space and it?s good for young couple or may be for people who are going to college going for extra privacy.. all these floor plan?s are around the same square footage but only plan 3 and plan 4 are in demand..i think if they drop their price a little bit...

Thanks so much for the reply..I am in their priority list hoping to get it in one of these months..but it's the defintely the best floor plan i have seen in new homes so far in that price range..i wish they had given a little bigger courtyard though..
