Hey guys.  I was wondering, did anyone else have any issues getting home owner's insurance near Portola Parkway (Portola Springs, Pavilion Park, Stonegate)?  My insurance is saying they won't cover me due to being too near the brush.  What companies have you guys used?

I was wondering if anyone living in Pavilion Park can comment on how they like it?  I'm looking around for a new home and wanted to get impressions from people who live there.

There were only plan 1's left and they were all in the low 1 millions.  No 2 or 2x available currently.

Is it possible to get a listing of the options and prices? I was thinking about buying but hard to know the out the door price with options you want.

its listed as a condo but it has a big yard for Irvine, is detached, and has the same square footage. I don't think that it calls for a 20% markup, but that's my opinion. Either way the market is slowing down for higher priced homes.  Most of them are having to drop their prices.

The market is slowing at this price point. The land is amazing but even some houses under $400 a foot aren't selling. 111 bumblebee for example.

I was wondering, does anyone know if newer villages are more likely to get google fiber first? Since they're being built out, I'm thinking they may also be running the needed lines in preparation for places like Eastwood or beacon park. It would be nice to know prior to buying.

Anyone have any new info on 154 Mongoose?  Anyone else had issues with the builder other than ocean monkey?
