    Looks like they've made a mistake on the square footage descriptions on the website, swapping the SF totals from "The Grove" and "The Hill".  From the descriptions I see, "The Grove" would be the estate lots at over 4,000SF.  "The Hill" would be the somewhat smaller homes and "The Field" homes...
