    This was explicitly communicated to us when we bought our home from CalPac back in 2016.  We were told that even though 86-1 would mature, the amount of MR paid would remain at $1,700 with a hike in 09-1 until the the bond matures, and I'm seeing that on my ptax as well.

    CVE is definitely undesirable from a school perspective.  But being very undesirable?  Maybe for your personal wants, but the initial pace of sales and resales (for at least the detached condos) say otherwise.

    Yup, I calculated using cost instead of fair market value.  Either way, low taxes in CVE.

    I saw that as well John (been following that thread daily for datapoints).  I just applied to LenderFi yesterday as well and am waiting to hear back from the agent.  Once I get an LE, going to counter Owning and see if they can match or beat.

    Just got off a call with owning to re-fi to the 2.625% rate on a high conforming loan.  I was quoted 2.625% with half a pt cost.  Going to try and get other lenders to match or beat with no closing costs.  800+ FICO score with very little utilization.

    Unfortunately it seems that Tesla's quality control is still not up to par.  Sad because if they can get their QC in check, their cars would be objectively better in many characteristics, but the QC is holding them back. I took delivery of an early RWD Model 3 in 2018 (which I'm selling now)...
