    La Vita at Orchard Hills

To the person who does not own a summer home in the Hamptons, or Martha's Vineyard but posted the Orchard Hills comparison. The Plan 4 is a retirement home for my parents in-law and a summer home so we can visit them. BTW, the Hamptons suck you really going to compare beaches in the north east...

    La Vita at Orchard Hills

I purchased a plan 4 as a summer home. Got in early so paid very low $2 bucks on a over 12,000 ft lot and we love it. Just FYI to the uneducated, most plan 4 buyers are not Chinese as one ignorant person stated somewhere. Also the person with a Shady Canyon photo on their profile name, need to...

too close to the toll road

    La Vita at Orchard Hills

I honestly think the views are a bit over rated. Its not like we have sea views or anything spectacular. I went for lot size away from the Toll Road but purchased plan 4 on lot that is over 12,000 square feet and will focus on landscaping and putting in a nice swimming pool and outdoor barbeque...

    La Vita at Orchard Hills

Just wanted to correct the "not in the know crowd"! The last two plan 4 homes at La Vita sold at a base price of $2.8 mm and $2.7 mm and this is not including options/upgrades. BTW, the prices for the options/upgrades go up as well and they have since phase 1 release. Also wanted to mention...

    La Vita at Orchard Hills

What is going on La Vita Model 4 is on fire!!! The last two model 4s sold at $2.8 mm and $2.7 mm and these were the smaller lots under 12,000 square feet. For those buyers who got in at the 1.8 to 2.2 mm level in earlier phases made out BIG TIME!!!

    Orchard Hills VS Hidden Canyon?

Hidden Canyon? Come on its in the middle of no where. Its called Hidden for a reason. Orchard Hills much more beautiful with the Avocado trees. IMHO, my vote is Trevi model 1 or La Vita Model 4. Both are very nice but Trevi Model 1 on a bigger lot with views is $4 mm if you include...

    La Vita at Orchard Hills

The debate over motor courts, first of all there are a lot of homes in Irvine with houses that are right next to you on both sides. Not much of a difference people.  La Vita homes for model 4 and 2, sell out immediately because the homes are beautiful with open space, high ceilings and for...

    La Vita at Orchard Hills

For all the haters of La Vita, they are selling out especially model 4 and 2. Models 4 have lots of 12,000 sq ft and more with a lot of open space. I don't think Brookfield or buyers in La Vita care about the negative comments because there is a long waiting list especially for model 4 and 2.

    Hidden Canyon in Irvine

Drove into the development at Hidden Canyon last week. Have to say that the location is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing very close to this site. The frame of the model homes are up and they sit right next to each other, I mean you would figure that there would be ample space...

    Hidden Canyon in Irvine

Well agree that the floor plans look better at Hidden Canyon, than Amelia or Trevi but the location seems like its in the middle of nowhere?
