too close to the toll road

I honestly think the views are a bit over rated. Its not like we have sea views or anything spectacular. I went for lot size away from the Toll Road but purchased plan 4 on lot that is over 12,000 square feet and will focus on landscaping and putting in a nice swimming pool and outdoor barbeque...

What is going on La Vita Model 4 is on fire!!! The last two model 4s sold at $2.8 mm and $2.7 mm and these were the smaller lots under 12,000 square feet. For those buyers who got in at the 1.8 to 2.2 mm level in earlier phases made out BIG TIME!!!

For all the haters of La Vita, they are selling out especially model 4 and 2. Models 4 have lots of 12,000 sq ft and more with a lot of open space. I don't think Brookfield or buyers in La Vita care about the negative comments because there is a long waiting list especially for model 4 and 2.

Drove into the development at Hidden Canyon last week. Have to say that the location is in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing very close to this site. The frame of the model homes are up and they sit right next to each other, I mean you would figure that there would be ample space...

Well agree that the floor plans look better at Hidden Canyon, than Amelia or Trevi but the location seems like its in the middle of nowhere?
